Fortis Horizon Advisors, LLC is a veteran-owned small business operated by its Principal, Rudy Salcido, M.A., and PMP, based in Tucson, Arizona. After retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel with over 28 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps as an enlisted Marine and Marine Officer, Rudy founded this company to share his passion: helping people succeed. Leveraging experience leading teams through complex challenges in the military and civilian sectors, Fortis Horizon Advisors is committed to its human-centered approach. The goal is to help leaders cultivate and sustain environments where their teams can thrive.
